93 Press Lines Turning out 800,000 Tons Annually
Listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and established in 1993, Zhongwang now has 93 presses, the largest being 12,500T with width of up to 800mm. With these resources, we have the ability to turn out 800,000T annually and output last year was 566,400T. Our total staff number is over 13,000. With their help, we get to work with over 1,000 regular buyers worldwide.

All Processes Done In-house
We own six anodizing lines, four electrophoretic coating lines, seven vertical electrostatic powder coating lines, two horizontal powder coating lines, one high voltage fluorocarbon coating line, five thermal-breaking lines, three wood-effect aluminum profile production lines, two reciprocating polishing machines and five mechanical sand-blasting machines. Our advanced facilities allow us to conduct die designing and manufacturing in-house. Moreover, we own a machining center which enables us to fabricate whole speed train body.

We also have a state-certified R&D center run by 381 researchers, 303 of them are senior engineers. Because of our strictness in the whole production process, we have got ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certifications. On July 22, 2013, we were the only Chinese company to obtain AS9100 certification, making us certain to manufacture aluminum profiles for aerospace industry. Our company has been also approved by IRIS and DNV.
